Note: Registration (Congress & Congress Dinner), Hotel reservations, and Abstract submission are made through the same system.
*Student/Fellow/Nurse registrants will be requested to provide current status ID or a letter confirming their status of Student/Fellow/Nurse
**All full Congress registrations include complimentary access to German Day sessions
Cancellation Conditions
If the written notification of cancellation is received before the early registration deadline, 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
Registration Confirmation
Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted. The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration form or completed online registration as well as the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above. The online registration can be completed by clicking the button “register and pay” which can be found at the end of the form. Should one deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically.
The registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.
Press Registration
Press registration is free of charge.
In order to register as a press representative, you are required to be at least 18 years old (as of May 2019).
In order to complete the registration, the Congress organiser requires a proof of the journalist’s professional affiliation. All credentials will be verified and approved before the press registration is confirmed. The number of press registrations is limited. EMAS reserves the right to refuse applications.
